LAURA SCHWARTZ, OWNER
I feel truly privileged to be in a business that I
love – helping my clients to improve their
levels of health and fitness. It is forever changing
and challenging.
A native of Los Angeles, I have enjoyed a long career
in health and fitness to include being a
professional dancer and a competitive gymnast. I began
teaching while still in my teens and supported my
college education at UC Irvine and UCLA by training
clients at fitness clubs and teaching dance at major
Los Angeles studios. I then segued to a partnership in
a Pilates Studio in Beverly Hills.
In 1988 I purchased a Westside gym and named it Energy
Unlimited Fitness. In 1993 I expanded my business to
include in-home training.
I pride myself in the safe, effective, caring and fun
services that my business provides. I carefully choose
each one of my trainers based on their wealth of
education and teaching experience. It is a requirement to
continuously educate ourselves. We stay abreast of new
research and share these effective techniques. With this vast
expertise, I’ve created an extraordinary and truly personal
training program for my clients. This sets Energy Unlimited apart.
